Job Title

We are seeking a professional to design and develop innovative digital learning experiences.

This role involves collaborating with academic staff, subject matter experts, and technical teams to create engaging and inclusive learning content.

  • Designing and building online and hybrid subjects using digital learning technologies.
  • Storyboarding and developing learning experiences aligned with subject objectives, learning outcomes, and assessments.
  • Contributing to the development of templates, style guides, and best-practice resources.
  • Supporting faculty through training, consultation, and documentation on effective learning design and current trends in digital education.
About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a combination of on-campus and remote work.

Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in education, instructional design, eLearning, or a related field – or at least 2 years’ relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in designing digital learning for Higher Education and/or VET environments.
  • Familiarity with Moodle, Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, Articulate 360, and Canva.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1 AA) and inclusive learning design.
