What You'll Do
  • Design best-in-class web experiences that set the standard, showcasing innovative and creative UI/UX skills.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and inform design decisions.
  • Develop site maps, wireframes, and prototypes to ensure a seamless and intuitive user journey.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, copywriters, and digital designers to bring your designs to life.
  • Work closely with specialists in conversion optimisation and information architecture to continually improve user engagement and conversion metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of UX design experience with a knockout portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI/UX skills.
  • Proficient in UX tools, knowledge of HTML/CSS, and experience with analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated experience defining web information architectures, designing for CMS platforms, and working closely with cross-functional teams.
