About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Experience Designer to create innovative, engaging, and inclusive digital learning experiences for Higher Education environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with academic staff and subject matter experts to design learning experiences that align with subject objectives and assessments.
  • Develop online subjects using digital learning technologies that support active learning, accessibility, and engagement.
  • Create templates and resources to ensure consistency across courses.
  • Provide training and consultation to faculty on effective learning design and current trends in digital education.
  • Work with multimedia teams to integrate interactive elements that enhance learning.
  • Ensure learning materials meet accessibility standards and apply Universal Design for Learning principles.
  • Analyze learner feedback and analytics to support ongoing course improvements.
About You

You are a collaborative and creative professional with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in education, instructional design, eLearning, or a related field — or at least 2 years' relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in designing digital learning for Higher Education environments.
  • Facilitation skills for online learning and staff training or professional development.
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as Moodle, Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, Articulate 360, and Canva.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive learning design.
