Key Role in Customer and Employee Interactions

The Training and Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of customer and employee interactions by designing, delivering, and managing impactful training programs and quality assurance initiatives.

  • Deliver training programs and learning paths for staff across the enterprise.
  • Conduct thorough learning needs analysis and assessment of capability requirements.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and performance capability teams to drive results.
  • Interpret and communicate results of external benchmarking and bridge identified knowledge and skills gaps.
  • Lead new employees through the induction program and ensure successful onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain an engaging training plan and framework that spans 3 to 6 months.
