
Exceptional Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves delivering exceptional service as the welcoming first point of contact for customers, staff, and visitors.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment, processing payments and updates, managing visitor sign-ins and mail organization, and providing administrative support as required.
This role is suited for someone who has experience in a reception/administration role, with initiative, a positive attitude, and effective communication skills to liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a high degree of accuracy in their work, be able to multi-task and problem solve, and possess a collaborative approach to their work and a supportive team player.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming environment
- Process payments, document and record keeping, and updates
- Manage visitor sign-ins and mail organisation
- Liaise with various staff at the care home
- Provide administrative support as required
Requirements:
- Computer savvy: ability to use Microsoft Office suite and learn a range of databases
- Able to multi-task and problem solve
- High degree of accuracy in your work
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A collaborative approach to your work and a supportive team player
- A Police Check for unsupervised contact/vulnerable groups less than 12 months old upon commencement
