As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving technical issues for our Home and Business Broadband customers.
Key Responsibilities• Provide high-quality customer service through various channels
• Escalate unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and technical issues
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services
• 2 years minimum experience working in a Contact Centre or customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficient in using and understanding new technology and multiple systems
• Hybrid working model with 2 days of remote work per week (after probation)
