About the Job

As an IT Services Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional IT support to colleagues across the business.

This is a hands-on, people-focused position where you'll solve problems, keep systems running smoothly, and shape an outstanding IT experience for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the go-to expert for colleagues needing IT assistance, resolving issues face-to-face and remotely.
  • Manage user access, onboarding, and licensing to maintain secure and efficient systems.
  • Take ownership of IT assets from setup and configuration to audits and lifecycle management.
  • Support modern workplace technology, including video-conferencing, AV equipment, and workstation setups.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing IT support role with strong problem-solving skills.
  • A solid understanding of SaaS environments, Windows/MacOS, and common workplace tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Confidence in supporting both office-based and remote colleagues across different locations.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware setup, from laptops and docks to AV and video-conferencing systems.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Relevant IT qualifications or certifications are highly regarded but not essential.
