Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Business Systems and Project Delivery department as an Applications Specialist on a full-time basis in Perth.

The successful candidate will provide expert system support to staff, doctors, and customers, working collaboratively with partners and vendors to design, develop, and maintain the Sonic HealthPlus solution ecosystem.

  • Provide ongoing business systems support to employees, clients, and partners
  • Design, develop, and maintain the Sonic HealthPlus solution ecosystem
  • Support training and implementation programs using various methodologies
  • Participate as an active project stakeholder in projects requiring system change

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess desirable experience in a similar role within primary care or occupational health clinics, previous ICT experience in helpdesk support and/or training.
