Senior Bid Manager

The Senior Bid Manager is a senior-level position responsible for leading and managing large-scale bids, ensuring the successful delivery of projects to clients.

This role involves consulting on project management principles and expertise, managing bid resources, and facilitating the development of deal strategies, solution architectures, commercial models, and delivery/service management plans.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive bid strategies that meet client requirements and align with company goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement bid processes, leveraging industry best practices and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to junior team members, mentoring and developing their skills and knowledge.
