Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop precise and competitive estimates for electrical and civil works, particularly public lighting and VESI-compliant projects.
  • Oversee projects through planning, procurement, delivery, and handover.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and compliance while ensuring exceptional safety standards.
  • Engage with clients, councils, and authorities, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • C coordinate subcontractor and supplier activities, procurement, and project reporting.

To be successful, you'll require demonstrated experience in estimating and managing civil/electrical infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of public lighting, VESI standards, and VicRoads requirements is highly valued. Proficiency with estimating and project management software is essential. Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills are also crucial. Ability to balance detail with big-picture project outcomes is vital. An electrical or civil engineering background is advantageous.
