Electrical Estimator Position

Are you an expert in electrical estimation and project management looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a seasoned professional to take ownership of projects from tender through to delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for electrical and civil works, particularly public lighting and VESI-compliant projects.
  • Lead projects through planning, procurement, delivery, and handover.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and compliance while ensuring exceptional safety standards.
  • Liaise with clients, councils, and authorities, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee subcontractor and supplier coordination, procurement, and project reporting.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in estimating and managing civil/electrical infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of public lighting, VESI standards, and Vic Roads requirements.
  • Proficiency with estimating and project management software.
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance detail with big-picture project outcomes.
  • Electrical or civil engineering background highly regarded.
