Project Manager

About the Role:

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of high-end residential projects. Key responsibilities include developing and managing comprehensive project schedules, interpreting architectural drawings, coordinating with consultants and trades, and ensuring on-site quality control and compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Manage Project Schedules: Create and implement comprehensive project timelines, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Interpret Architectural Drawings: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to interpret complex building designs and develop detailed project plans.
  • Coordinate with Consultants and Trades: Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and minimize delays.
  • Ensure On-Site Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and enforce quality standards.
  • Maintain Clear Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure transparency and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

About You:

  • Education: Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in high-end residential project management.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of custom construction processes and regulatory frameworks, excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, proficient with project management tools and scheduling software.
