Senior Supervisor Role

We are seeking a senior supervisor to lead our food and beverage operations.


Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations in our restaurant and banquet venues, ensuring high-quality service is delivered to guests. They will be responsible for managing team performance, motivating staff to achieve exceptional results, and providing excellent customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise food and beverage outlet operations during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
  • Create an energetic and engaging environment where team members and guests connect over great food and beverages.
  • Communicate and delegate tasks to the team.
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
