We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Control Officer to join our team at CAE Australia. As a key member of our Training Centre Administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our PSTC Program.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Plan and coordinate Signal drafting and Course paneling activities
  • Liaise with other CAE staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Perform administrative duties to support the team's efforts

Requirements

  • Advanced skills and knowledge of productivity suites (Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of Project Management fundamentals and tools
  • Financial and/or business acumen, with experience in government or defence an asset
