Melbourne Water cares for Melbourne's water cycle, ensuring the well-being of its people and biodiversity. We deliver some of the world's cleanest water to over five million residents and wildlife in Melbourne, with a history spanning over 130 years.
The Scheduling Coordinator will be based at our Brooklyn office and report to the Planning and Scheduling Lead NW. This full-time role involves facilitating efficient scheduling and coordination of maintenance-related activities by delivery and operational teams.
We are seeking an individual who can ensure continuous improvement in delivering service outcomes and productivity while working collaboratively with Operational Teams to achieve customer, regulatory, and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently review, triage, and manage service requests and planned maintenance work.
- Effectively schedule works and use systems to improve delivery output.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to ensure a common understanding is established.
- Proven stakeholder management and engagement.
- Able to pass a Criminal Records check and AusCheck.
- Valid Victorian Drivers Licence.
