About the Job

This full-time position will be based at our office in Brooklyn and report to the Planning and Scheduling Lead NW. As the Maintenance Scheduling Specialist, you'll facilitate efficient and effective scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities by Melbourne Water's delivery and operational teams.

You'll also drive continuous improvement in delivering service outcomes and productivity while working collaboratively with Operational Teams to achieve customer, regulatory, and financial objectives.

  • Demonstrated ability to review, prioritize, and manage service requests and planned maintenance work efficiently.
  • Able to schedule works effectively and utilize systems to enhance delivery output.
  • Industrial experience within maintenance systems and processes is essential.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to ensure a clear understanding is established.
  • Proven stakeholder management and engagement expertise.
  • Able to pass a Criminal Records check and AusCheck.
  • Valid Victorian Drivers Licence.
