About the Role

This is a full-time position based from our Brooklyn office, reporting to the Planning and Scheduling Lead NW.

As the Coordinated Scheduling Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating efficient and effective scheduling and coordination of Maintenance related activities by delivery and operational teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently review, triage and manage service requests and planned maintenance work.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively schedule works and use systems to improve delivery output.
  • Industrial experience within maintenance systems and processes
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to ensure common understanding established.
  • Proven stakeholder management and engagement
  • Ability to pass Criminal Records check and AusCheck
  • Valid Victorian Drivers Licence
