Commercial Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead our commercial strategy and contract management for operations in the Pilbara region.

This role involves overseeing full lifecycle of contracts, building strong relationships with internal and external customers, and providing expert advice on contract terms and conditions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Oversee full lifecycle of contracts including drafting, negotiation, execution, and compliance.
  • Prepare and manage agreements, communications, and variation claims.
  • Provide expert advice on contract terms and conditions to internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 10 years' experience in logistics, mining, or transport sectors, a Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business, or equivalent, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy and driving commercial performance while fostering strong customer relationships. You will also support business development initiatives and contribute to strategic decision-making aligned with our goals.

The Commercial Manager will work closely with General Manager – Commercial, Operational Regional Managers, Business Development Teams, and other divisions to achieve commercial objectives.
