Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily testing schedules
  • Mentorship and support of crew members
  • Efficiency and client satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of construction material testing experience
  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of both field and laboratory operations
  • 3 years experience with NATA signatory approvals
  • AQF level 5 (Diploma) with prior signatory experience
  • Proficiency in Australian Standards for Soil and Aggregate testing
  • Valid drivers' licence
  • Nuclear Density Meter operator's licence (QLD)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capacity to mentor and support staff members
  • Commercial experience (preferred)
