Commercial Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled site manager to oversee the construction of multiple resort commercial structures. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery within timeframes, budget, and safety regulations.
- Experience in managing commercial builds is essential, preferably in resort, hospitality or community-style developments.
- A QBCC Open Builders Licence (or relevant qualification) is mandatory.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial construction processes, timelines, and compliance.
The role requires proven experience in managing trades, suppliers, and site crews, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A confident decision-maker with strong leadership qualities is also required.
