Transformative Regional Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary and bold leader to join our regional initiative, where you will have the opportunity to drive meaningful change in communities across the Capricornia Region.

  • Lead a dedicated team and regional leadership group, championing the voices of local communities.
  • Guide a transformative, community-led approach to creating better futures for children and families.
  • Support the development of place-based solutions that address systemic issues and promote social justice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enable high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Facilitate strategic planning and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Advocate for policy and program changes that support community needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a collective impact mindset, inspiring confidence, passion, and accountability in both internal and external audiences. They will also demonstrate advanced strategy and planning skills, including the ability to think strategically on both organisational and systemic levels over multi-year horizons.
