About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing and Business Development Lead to join our team at William Buck NSW. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that nurture leads, engage customers, and drive revenue. You will work closely with our external digital marketing agencies to implement programmatic campaigns that elevate brand visibility and generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies using email marketing, content distribution, and remarketing efforts
  • Collaborate with external digital marketing agencies to implement programmatic campaigns that drive business growth
  • Align marketing activities with business development goals to contribute to lead generation and revenue opportunities
  • Analyze campaign performance, report insights, and provide recommendations to improve ROI
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and industry leaders to maximize campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience in marketing, communication, or PR, with a focus on digital marketing and lead nurturing
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, public relations, communications, or equivalent
  • Experience in managing digital campaigns and collaborating with external agencies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with marketing tools like Marketo, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and programmatic ad platforms
