As a seasoned identity expert, you will partner with customer executives and teams to drive strategic value and technical success for complex customers. You will lead technical engagements, provide guidance on enterprise architecture best practices, and identify opportunities to deepen customer value across their identity journey.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong enterprise architecture background, and a passion for helping customers solve complex business problems with secure solutions.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Serve as a senior technical leader and strategic advisor across enterprise accounts, maximizing the value of Ping Identity investments.">
  • Lead architecture assessments, health checks, and optimization initiatives to ensure secure deployments.">
  • Identify product opportunities based on customer needs and drive alignment with Sales and Professional Services.">
  • Partner with customers to co-develop identity roadmaps and realize use cases across digital transformation initiatives.">
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges and guide customers through solutioning and issue resolution.">
  • Influence product strategy by capturing customer feedback and translating it into actionable input.">
  • Deliver technical enablement, workshops, and product demonstrations to educate and empower customer teams.">
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with Engineering, Product, Support, and Customer Success to drive continuous improvement in the customer experience.">
">Requirements:">
  • ">
  • 7+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Professional Services Consultant.">
  • Proven success managing executive relationships and delivering value across large enterprise accounts.">
  • Deep technical knowledge in Identity & Access Management (IAM), including Authentication, Authorization, Federation, SSO, and Access Management.">
  • Strong experience in Java, web technologies, and web application servers (e.g., JBoss, WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat).">
  • Familiarity with security protocols like SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and industry standards for secure architecture.">
  • Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.">
  • Self-starter with strong project ownership and minimal need for management oversight.">
  • Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce (SFDC) and working in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).">

  • Knowledge of networking concepts (HTTP/S, TCP/IP), multi-OS environments, thought leadership, or mentoring experience within a technical team.">
