The Technical Account Management Team

Acts as a trusted strategic identity coach, guiding our customers' identity decisions and long-term vision.

The Opportunity

Leads and develops an experienced team of Technical Account Managers, supporting Okta customers across the Asia-Pacific region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and mentors a team of highly skilled Technical Account Managers, ensuring success through clear goals, ongoing feedback, and development opportunities.
  • Partners with leaders across TAM, Customer Success, Sales, and Product to implement customer-centric thinking within the team.
  • Coaches and develops talent, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Effectively balances workload and capacity while building talent for future demand.
  • Collaborates with Senior TAM Leadership to manage budgets and define headcount plans.
  • Ensures TAMs exceed expectations in core product knowledge, communication, execution, and contribute to the larger TAM function.
  • Identifies and implements best practices and process improvements to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
