Identity Management Executive Position

A leading financial services institution is seeking a seasoned identity management expert to spearhead their Identity and Access Management function.

The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end management of the Identity & Access management function, ensuring optimal governance compliance and security efficacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote IAM technology advancements to foster process efficiency and organisational growth.
  • Mentor a team of professionals in effective control management and its broader impacts.
  • Manage Identity Lifecycle risks within the Risk Management Framework.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with Group IAM Policies, risk standards, and regulatory obligations.

Desirable skills and experience include:

  • 10+ years of relevant security experience.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Extensive exposure to banking systems and financial industry practices.
  • Strong track record in delivering customer-centric services through vendor or in-house models.
  • Experience in managing C-Level executive expectations.
