Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of exceptional customer identity experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the vision to deliver market-leading customer identity solutions, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and roadmap.

  • Define preventative controls to safeguard customers and contribute to creating a safe environment for managing finances.

  • Drive the identity and authorisation strategy and roadmap, staying ahead of industry developments and organisational strategic goals.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and measure product/service effectiveness.

  • Maintain high resilience and tenacity to navigate complex and ambiguous situations.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments, leveraging leading practices, continuous delivery, and user testing.

  • Requirements:

  • Senior strategic professional with proven leadership, influencing, and facilitation capabilities.

  • Proven experience building digital experiences to strengthen digital security, authorisation, and entitlements.

  • Leading complete product lifecycle from conception to launch, ongoing measurement, and continuous evolution.

  • Excellent analytical capability and strong commercial acumen.

  • Strong organisational skills with ability to work independently in dynamic environments.

  • Proven results in introducing innovative technology and digital security solutions to prevent fraud and scams.

  • Expert written communication and presentation skills.

  • Effective interpersonal skills – collaboration, influencing, negotiation, conflict resolution.
