We seek a seasoned professional to drive organizational transformation through effective change management strategies. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding senior leaders and executives, creating and supporting change agent networks, driving active stakeholder engagement, and monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change initiatives.
With a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leading change in agile environments, you will bring valuable expertise to our organization. Your ability to manage large-scale organizational transformation changes and implement smaller change initiatives will be essential in helping us achieve our goals.
- Develop and Execute Change Management Strategies: Align with our change management framework to address the people side of transformations, including developing and running change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training programs, and resistance management strategies.
- Guide Senior Leaders and Executives: Support them in fulfilling their critical role as change management sponsors and help people leaders guide their teams through change.
- Create and Support Change Agent Networks: Integrate change management activities within change agents' areas, fostering a culture of agility and innovation.
- Drive Active Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure clear communication and alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Monitor and Evaluate the Effectiveness of Change Initiatives: Implement data-driven approaches to track the value and success of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in leading change in agile environments.
- Experience with and knowledge of traditional and modern change management practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and strategic planning.
- A systems thinking and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in leading teams and managing large change initiatives in complex environments.
- Deep understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
- Flexibility to manage both large-scale organizational transformation changes and smaller change initiatives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including active listening skills.
