Senior Change Manager

The Senior Change Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless transition and effective implementation of change initiatives. This key position requires a senior-level change specialist with extensive experience in driving strategic change across complex environments.

  • This role involves promoting adoption, managing resistance, and influencing stakeholders to embed change and realise desired benefits.
  • A thought leader in organisational change approaches, the Senior Change Manager provides expert advice and guidance to project teams to enable successful adoption and achieve outcomes.
  • This position entails creating stakeholder management plans using analysis of their influence and impact, as well as negotiating with stakeholders to contribute to the achievement of common goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies and plans to maximise adoption and minimise resistance.
  • Understand business needs to ensure the change is designed to deliver desired organisational goals.

Qualifications:
  • A tertiary qualification in relevant field or discipline is essential for this role.
  • Five, or more, years' demonstrated experience in Change Management, including recent change implementation experience of large corporate systems (such as Enterprise Resource Planning and Records Management systems) in a complex environment.
  • A current change practitioner certification such as PROSCI is highly desirable.
