Senior Infrastructure Specialist

This position plays a pivotal role within our team, requiring collaboration with customers, management, and peers to design and implement the Windows 11 endpoint environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement SOE/MOEs, encompassing Windows and Security Updates, Advanced Group Policy Management, Task Sequence creation and management, and Deployment to an enterprise setting.
  • Work with MECM/SCCM Infrastructure, patching and management, InTune, and migrating tasks and policies from MECM.
  • Expertise in writing, editing, and maintaining PowerShell Scripts, Active Directory and Group Policy administration, Applications Packaging, native and virtual, with some exposure or experience with MSI-X, Security products including application whitelisting, anti-virus and USB hardening.
  • Deliver exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills, creating documentation such as FAQ guides, SOPs, and transition support documents.

The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering high-quality technical solutions and services to our government clients in Canberra. This includes collaborating closely with other resolver teams within the organization, the department, and other vendors to achieve common goals.

Requirements:
  • Australian Citizen with the ability to hold an AGSVA clearance (NV1 preferred).
  • Police Check and Fit for Work certificate required.
  • Preferred candidate will be local to Canberra with a hybrid WFH/Office roster.
