Job Overview

The End User Compute (EUC) Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering, maintaining and enhancing end user enabling technologies to support a large and complex enterprise environment.

This includes Microsoft Windows Standard Operating Environment (SOE), device management, enterprise collaboration tools and secure remote access solutions.

As an EUC Engineer, you will contribute to the stability, performance and security of end user systems, provide Level 3 support for escalated incidents and play a key role in governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance the SOE including desktop productivity software, security configurations and corporate device builds.
  • Administer and support the enterprise messaging and collaboration environment.
  • Support and maintain enterprise remote access solutions.
  • Package, test and deploy enterprise applications.
  • Manage and optimise automated patching processes across the EUC environment.
  • Provide expert technical advice across supported platforms.
  • Deliver Level 3 support for complex technical issues escalated from Service Desk and Level 2 teams.
Requirements
  • Strong experience with Windows desktop and mobile device management.
  • Proven expertise in application packaging and deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with remote access solutions.
  • Knowledge of enterprise collaboration tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide Level 3 support.
  • Experience in patch management endpoint security and compliance.
