Project Manager Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to provide project management assistance from planning to implementation. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation and maintenance of project timelines, resources, and programs.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in project management, construction management, or a related field, with over 2 years of experience in project coordination or management.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in project planning and execution under the guidance of the Project Manager.
  • Maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Ensuring project priorities are clearly established to meet stakeholder's expectations.
  • Liaising and coordinating with service providers as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Assisting in developing critical documentation for project completion.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven more than 2 years' experience in project coordination or management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
