Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in project administration, sales, and software proficiency in PRONTO and Salesforce. Key responsibilities include managing vendor drawing and data requirements, tracking project progress invoicing and documentation, and implementing mark-ups from project engineers into documents.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Log orders into PRONTO and Salesforce systems
- Set up project directories
- Manage vendor drawing and data requirements
- Track project progress invoicing and documentation
- Implement mark-ups from project engineers into documents
- Attend regular project meetings
The successful candidate will be a team player with strong verbal and written communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
