Overview
The position of ITSM Service Manager is available at Kinexus. This role will be responsible for the delivery and support of IT tools and services to users within the organisation, as well as external users.
This expert will oversee the implementation of ITSM processes and procedures to ensure they align with Defence/ASD Requirements and adhere to ITIL v4 best practices.
They will consult across various departments to guarantee the efficient delivery of projects.
This individual will demonstrate a strong understanding of ITIL v4 principles and their practical application in providing ITSM expertise to projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and implement ITSM documentation;
- Establish continual service improvement practices post-transition;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver aligned project requirements;
- Prepare high-level documents and presentations for executive stakeholders;
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ITSM and service delivery, preferably in a Defence environment.
- Proficiency in ITIL Principles and their practical application.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Australian Citizenship and TSPV security clearance are essential. Candidates must be able to obtain Positive Vetting.
