Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

The Branksome Hotel & Residences, a luxury serviced apartment provider, seeks a dynamic Maintenance Supervisor to join our fantastic team.

This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for:

  • Working cohesively with maintenance, housekeeping, and front office departments to ensure service standards are met.
  • Performing daily maintenance work and supervising daily workload of maintenance staff.
  • Implementing and performing preventative maintenance for Front of House, Guest Rooms & Public Areas of the hotel.
  • Supervising Preventative Maintenance Program and contractors as directed.
  • Providing advice to managers on operating the hotel building automation system to adjust HVAC and other system parameters.
  • Identifying defects and repairing guest room facilities, such as air conditioning and ventilation.
  • Ensuring monthly workplace inspection is conducted in the maintenance department.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with contractors and suppliers.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Handyman/Supervisor in a small to medium hotel that delivers five-star quality.
  • Relevant qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services.
  • Ability to visualise the organisation as a whole.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Full work rights in Australia.
