Local Peoples is seeking an experienced Strategic Business Solutions Expert to join our team in Canberra. We are looking for a skilled professional with 5+ years of experience working within Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and SAFe. Your expertise in managing discoveries, co-design activities, process modelling, journey mapping, user stories, and requirement management will be invaluable in this role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent data presentation skills, and the ability to describe the business impacts of current and proposed solutions, including risks and benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Identify business needs and ensure they are fully captured by planning, defining, and managing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional and technical requirements.
- Conduct business discovery and co-design workshops, interviews, and meetings with internal and external stakeholders/working groups.
- Analyse systems and business processes, perform analysis of process mapping, user stories, use cases, data migration source-to-target mapping, specifications, and wireframes.
- Australian Citizen
- Current ASGVA Baseline clearance or ability to obtain one
- Strong relationships and communication skills, with the ability to act as the team's representative in meetings with business units.
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
