A challenging opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Property Precinct Liaison to join our team.

Job Description:

This role is responsible for the smooth running of property precincts, liaising with contractors and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will be based in the office and will work closely with the senior property team to ensure that all duties are performed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional communication skills to tenants and stakeholders
  • Ensure all property admin reports are filed accordingly
  • Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist the senior property team with contracted and non-contracted maintenance
  • Track and maintain registrations, compliance reviews and documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team-based environment. They will also have experience using Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $90,000 incl super, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
