About the Role

As a senior property management professional, you will lead one of Canberra's most respected teams of property management specialists. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of residential leasing and property management services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage a team to deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
  • Maintain properties under management to a high standard and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to nurture skills and support career growth.
  • Collaborate with the broader business to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • SIGNIFICANT experience in a senior property management role, preferably within the residential sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate & Property, Residential Leasing & Property Management industry and associated legislation and regulations.
  • EXCELLENT communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make decisions.
  • Real Estate License in ACT and NSW.
