Senior Property Manager

This is a unique chance to take your career to the next level in a flagship precinct within Canberra.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of property presentation at all times. This includes managing contracts for building infrastructure, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire systems.
You will also action, manage, and investigate corrective and preventative works to minimize WHS issues and insurance claims.
Another key aspect of this role is reviewing compliance documentation for Property Management, including relevant registrations.
You will oversee daily management of building and precinct maintenance contracts.
A significant part of this role involves conducting regular inspections of buildings and precincts, including visiting tenancies.
You will liaise with team leaders to align precinct requirements with company expectations and operational needs.
Requirements:- We are looking for someone with a strong focus on delivering results, working efficiently, and attention to detail.
- Experience with contract management for building infrastructure is essential.
- The ideal candidate will be able to take constructive feedback and work independently.
- We require excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with finance and budgeting, particularly CAPEX and OPEX, is required.
- A high regard for WHS and previous experience with Risk Management is necessary.
