Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Weetangera Primary School. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students, staff, parents, and members of the wider community.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the school's front office team
- Managing a range of duties related to school and student administration, including first aid duties
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with students, staff, parents, and members of the wider community
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the front office, including managing time and a varied workload
Requirements
- Experience in a busy school environment
- Exceptional communication and liaison skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage a varied workload
- Understanding of ACT Education Directorate policies and procedures
- Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
- First Aid Certificate
- Certificate IV or equivalent
- Business qualifications or experience
- Financial qualifications or relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in an administration role
- Business-related qualifications or experience
- Financial qualifications or relevant experience
