We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dedicated Front Office team as an Assistant Manager, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily Front Office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences
  • Address guest complaints efficiently, demonstrating empathy and respect
  • Serve as a role model, supervising and motivating Team Members
  • Provide personalized service, consistently exceeding guest expectations
  • Assist in preparing rosters and utilizing Excel for data analysis

What We're Looking For:

  • A charismatic leader with a strong passion for service and excellent communication skills
  • The ability to maintain high personal presentation standards as an ambassador for the hotel
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Proven leadership experience within a hotel environment
  • Knowledge of Sihot PMS (advantageous)
  • Previous experience in a Front Office leadership role

Salary Estimate: AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience
