Front Office Operations Manager

As a proud member of Accor, Mantra 2 Bond Street offers centrally located accommodation in Sydney's premier shopping and financial precincts, close to iconic attractions including the Opera House, Pitt Street Mall, and Darling Harbour.
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dedicated Front Office team as an Assistant Manager, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily Front Office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences
- Address guest complaints efficiently, demonstrating empathy and respect
- Serve as a role model, supervising and motivating Team Members
- Provide personalized service, consistently exceeding guest expectations
- Assist in preparing rosters and utilizing Excel for data analysis
What We're Looking For:
- A charismatic leader with a strong passion for service and excellent communication skills
- The ability to maintain high personal presentation standards as an ambassador for the hotel
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Proven leadership experience within a hotel environment
- Knowledge of Sihot PMS (advantageous)
- Previous experience in a Front Office leadership role

Salary Estimate: AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience
