We're looking for an experienced and driven Front Office Manager who can ensure the smooth and efficient running of our Front Office Operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading by example, providing impeccable grooming and presentation, and consistently delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure a warm and genuine welcome to every guest.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of Front Office Operations, meeting the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive guest loyalty and retention, working closely with the team to create memorable experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office team to maintain high standards of grooming and presentation, ensuring a professional image at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager/Senior Duty Manager in a similar industry.
  • Sound understanding of Opera property management system or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of managing P&L performance, including cost-effective rostering.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work a flexible roster, including shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
