About the Role

The Underground Auto Electrician plays a crucial role in maintaining efficiency and reliability of fleet, working in both breakdown and planned maintenance capacity.

  • Complete allocated maintenance tasks
  • Carry out breakdowns and diagnosis to high standard
  • Follow documented maintenance procedures and instructions
  • Operate mobile equipment, light vehicles and ancillary equipment
  • Undertake housekeeping and inspections
  • Participate in prestarts and other operational meetings as required
  • Undertake training as required to gain new skills
  • Take personal responsibility for helping team achieve expected results
  • Work with computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite, SAP and FIORI

Maintenance experience is highly desirable. C Class driver's license and underground mobile equipment experience are also required. Great communication and time management skills are necessary, as well as being demonstrated team player.
