Electrical Maintenance Technician Role

The Electrical Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of mobile equipment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks and diagnosing breakdowns to a high standard, with a focus on safety.
  • Following established procedures and guidelines for maintenance and repairs.
  • Operating a range of mobile equipment, light vehicles, and ancillary tools.
  • Conducting regular inspections and housekeeping activities.
  • Participating in pre-start meetings and other operational discussions as required.
  • Engaging in ongoing training and development to acquire new skills.
  • Taking ownership of contributing to team goals by taking timely action within areas of competence.
  • Utilizing computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and FIORI.
