Drive Sales Growth in Consumer Packaged Goods

The Global Business Solutions team plays a pivotal role in the company's commercial success by connecting brands and businesses with audiences through innovative advertising and marketing strategies.

This professional will join the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) & Auto vertical, one of TikTok's most strategically important sectors. The team partners with iconic global brands across Food, Beverage, and Auto.

  • Identify and secure business opportunities in the CPG space.
  • Drive revenue for TikTok by partnering with clients through a consultative approach.
  • Create compelling sales propositions and presentations using internal and external data.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams on operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop best practices for client interaction, sales, and service.
  • Orchestrate campaign execution through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Enhance campaign performance by monitoring and analyzing ad campaigns.
Key Qualifications

5+ years of experience in platform and industry marketing, with exposure to streaming, film, or broader entertainment industry marketing.

Fluent English is required due to global coordination and market execution requirements.

Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital marketing is essential.

A proven track record of winning stakeholder support and exceeding sales goals is necessary.

Familiarity with auction and biddable digital advertising buying is beneficial.
