Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an ERP Project Assistant. In this role, you will assist in the implementation of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, focusing on data clean-up for procurement data migration.

About You

To be successful in this position, you should have a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices, as well as excellent communication skills. Additionally, experience with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel 2007 or above, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
  1. Clean up product and supplier data for ERP data migration.
  2. Input product and supplier data into the system and verify its completeness.
  3. Communicate with all hotels to gather and organize correct data for the system database.
Requirements
  1. University/Higher Diploma graduate preferred.
  2. Proactive, self-disciplined, and team player who can thrive in a challenging environment.
  3. Hospitality industry background, especially procurement product knowledge, is preferable.
  4. Basic computer knowledge is a must.
  5. Computer literacy in MS Office, specifically strong in MS Excel 2007 or above.
  6. Excellent English and Mandarin language skills.
