We're seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Implementation and Activation Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results across diverse business areas.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in managing large teams and driving business outcomes. They should have excellent communication skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities.

In this role, you will be working closely with vendors and partners to drive client growth and provide strategic insights regarding the client's industry and competitors. You will also be responsible for promoting innovative media solutions, ensuring delivery of all client KPIs and contractual commitments.

To succeed in this position, you must be able to foster a high-performance team culture, motivate and empower team members to achieve goals, and conduct regular performance and career development meetings.

Bonus points will be awarded to candidates with experience in Retail, Entertainment, or Technology sectors, as well as those who are passionate about storytelling and persuasive communication.
