About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Government Contract Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Public Sector People. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and candidates in the public sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a Temp desk across the QLD government, focusing on the Business Support market or Finance & Procurement market.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with our existing client base, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Build trust with clients and candidates through effective communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Develop professional relationships with QLD State, local, and federal Government agencies.
  • Lead external stakeholder meetings and presentations, showcasing your expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Foster strong business development skills, identifying new business opportunities within the QLD market.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications, understanding client requirements and matching talent with job openings.
  • Embark on each day with high energy and drive, ready to pick up the phone and leverage your expertise as a specialist in government contract recruitment.
