Our organization is seeking an enthusiastic and committed maintenance professional to join our team at a peaceful coastal village.

This role will involve ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by undertaking maintenance activities and providing excellent customer service to residents. As a key member of our close-knit team, you will work on a full-time basis from Monday to Friday with no weekend work required.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and a knack for problem-solving. You will also be expected to embody our values every day, including connecting as one team, realising opportunities, making room for kindness, finding the fun, and leading with heart.

We are looking for a proactive individual who can effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks. The successful candidate will have demonstrated competence as a maintenance assistant or handyperson or experience in a similar role, as well as being able to take initiative and work individually and in a team.

The successful applicant will receive relevant internal training and inductions on-site.
