Job Overview

As a Village Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our village grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining lawns, gardens, and exterior areas to a high standard
  • Performing general maintenance tasks as required, including equipment management and repairs
  • Managing waste disposal and maintaining cleanliness of communal areas
  • Assisting with property maintenance and equipment care
  • Reporting hazards and security breaches to senior staff

Requirements:

  • Current Police Screening Certificate
  • Certificate III in a related area or equivalent experience, plus trade qualification (desirable)
  • Proven experience in gardening duties and grounds maintenance
  • Ability to empathise with vulnerable individuals
  • Stock management experience
  • Current Queensland Driver's Licence
  • First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Good computer skills
