Senior Specialist, Inventory Job Summary

The Senior Specialist, Inventory is a key member of our inventory management team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and monitor cycle count reports to maintain accurate records.
  • Plan and coordinate weekly stock reconciliations between SAP and 3PL ERP systems.
  • Track current inventory levels and align booked stock at distribution centres against purchase orders.
  • Monitor cycle count reports and investigate discrepancies.
Key Relationships:
  • Collaborate with 3PL providers (warehouses) to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Work closely with DC Operations & Inbound teams to optimize stock flow.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Purchasing departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate expertise in Warehousing and Distribution operations.
  • Have a solid background in Inventory Management and analysis.
  • Show excellent planning and organisational skills with ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • possess strong communication and analytical skills to drive stock optimisation.
